We know life is busy - so we aim to make visiting our Family Health Organization as easy as possible. We are located on Lawrence Avenue in North York just off the 401 near Allen Road.
Easy online booking
Current patients can utilize our online booking portal to make booking an appointment easy. If your family physician does not have any openings online, please call us to book your appointment.
The office will be closed on all statutory holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
URGENT AFTER-HOURS VIRTUAL CARE
If you have an URGENT issue that CANNOT wait and it’s after hours Monday through Thursday 5 pm to 7:30 pm or Sunday 8 am -2 pm, please call the office and follow the instructions on the phone to leave a message for the physician on call.
