Doctors Office Toronto is pleased to offer online booking with Medeo to our existing patients. If you are a new patient, you can begin using Medeo after you have been registered with our clinic.
What is Medeo?
Medeo is a secure, confidential portal that is integrated into our electronic medical records. Medeo allows you to book an appointment online and communicate with our office utilizing the secure patient messaging system.
Online Appointment Booking with Medeo
Our online booking portal is a new feature that allows you to create a private confidential account, select a physician and select a preferred time from the available time slots. You will then receive an email and text message confirming your appointment.
The office will be closed on all statutory holidays: New Year’s Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, August Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
URGENT AFTER-HOURS VIRTUAL CARE
If you have an URGENT issue that CANNOT wait and it’s after hours Monday through Thursday 5 pm to 7:30 pm or Sunday 8 am -2 pm, please call the office and follow the instructions on the phone to leave a message for the physician on call.
